Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Adriana. I started my teaching journey as an Exercise to Music Instructor at age 16 and have enjoyed teaching ever since. I studied performing arts and love bringing ballet and dance into my Barre Pilates classes. Barre Pilates is energising, upbeat and leaves you with that feel good feeling! I qualified as a Level 3 Pilates teacher in July 2017 and won an award for Pilates teacher of the year in Essex 2024/25. I completed a 500 hour, Hatha Yoga diploma in November 2018. I wish to share my passion for Yoga and Pilates to help encourage more people to stay active. I learnt that Yoga is more than just a class. I love to guiding people on they’re own Yoga journey to unite body, mind and spirit. I continued my journey and qualified in Vinyasa Yoga May 2021, Sound healing April 2022 and Yin Yoga November 2023. I also won an award for Yoga teacher of the year in Essex 2025/26. I guarantee you will leave my yoga classes feeling relaxed with an enhanced sense of well-being.

One to One
One to Ones are the perfect way to improve or begin your practice. I teach Yoga, Pilates & Barre. One to one sessions are designed around what you love and what you would like to improve. After every one to one I email optional home practice, which can help you to reach your goals. One to ones are in the comfort of your own home and at a time that suits you.
Sound Healing
Sound Healing Therapy will help you achieve a state of deep relaxation and a deeper state of meditation. It works on removing any blockages within the chakras, allowing energy to flow freely and to create harmony within the mind, body and spirit. Sound healing will connect with your mental and emotional body, it can help reduce stress, lessen anxiety, provides a way to manage depression. By balancing and clearing the mind, using sound vibrations, it can lead you to a renewed sense of purpose, happiness and wellbeing.
Teacher Guide
A teach guide is for anyone who is thinking about teaching or anyone who has already started teaching. This is a loving, exciting and sometimes challenging journey. My guide will help you to build confidence and find your teaching style. These sessions are created specifically for you, giving you all the tools you need to teach and improve your own personal practice.
Yoga
Yoga will help release stress, aid relaxation, balance and harmonise the mind, body and spirit. Yoga is a fantastic wellbeing class.
