Yoga One to One
Yoga will keep the body agile and balanced, improving strength and flexibility. Meditation will relax the body, bring peace to the mind and engage spiritual practice. Leaving you with an enhanced sense of wellbeing.
Pilates One to One
Pilates will improve posture, work deeply into your centre (core), as well as mobilising your hips, shoulders and back. Flowing through each move with control and precision. Pilates is the perfect back care program.
Sound therapy One to One
Everyone experiences sound therapy differently. You may leave feeling relaxed and calm or energised and enlightened. My sound healing sessions are usually 1 hour and the instruments I use are Tibetan singing bowls or Crystal singing bowls, Tingsha, Koshi chimes, ocean drum and a bell. I incorporate Pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation to help you to relax and come into the present moment. It works on removing any blockages within the chakras, allowing energy to flow freely and to create harmony within the mind, body and spirit. Sound healing will connect with your mental and emotional body, it can help reduce stress, lesson anxiety, provides a way to manage depression.
