Taking place in the comfort of your own home or in studio. Offering a personalised program to help you achieve your goals. Using Yoga, Pilates or Barre to create a workout that suits you. After every one to one I email optional home practice, which can help you to reach your goals.

Yoga One to One

Yoga will keep the body agile and balanced, improving strength and flexibility. Meditation will relax the body, bring peace to the mind and engage spiritual practice.

Pilates One to One

Pilates will improve posture, work deeply into your centre (core), as well as mobilising your hips, shoulders and back. Flowing through each move with control and precision. Pilates is the perfect back care program.

1 hour = £55 – In studio = £65

45 minutes= £50 – In studio= £60
