Pilates
Thursday 9.30am – King Edward Community Centre, Laindon
This class will keep you moving. Pilates will improve posture, work deeply into your centre (core), as well as mobilising your hips, shoulders and back. Adriana will be teaching a variety of progressive Pilates moves taken from the 34 matwork repertoire giving you a fabulous sense of wellbeing. You will leave class feeling worked, stretched and rejuvenated. Beginners are very welcome to join these classes.

Pilates and Yoga Class
Tuesday 7:15pm at Shenfield Parish Hall
This class is predominantly Pilates using some Yoga to stretch and mobilise. Pilates will improve posture, works deep into your centre (core), as well as mobilising your hips, shoulders and back. Yoga will improve flexibility and strengthen your whole body. Beginners welcome.
