This including Barre (which I have been wanting to try for ages!), yoga and Pilates fusion, meditation and yoga and Pilates pump! Each of the workouts is different from the previous making each workout new and exciting! I can safely say that Adriana makes you feel comfortable, giving you many alternative options for each position depending on your skill level. She’s constantly reassuring you and keeping you motivated which is really needed when working out from home! They say a good teacher is the one who makes you fall in love with the subject; indeed, Adriana is that teacher. Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing “After my restorative yoga class I joined the Tibetan singing bowls session (my first) and I loved it! I’ve previously attended the crystal bowls healing session (couple months ago) and the Tibetan bowls was completely different. Softer, gentle sounds that were not so intense and I felt able to relax immediately. I love Adriana’s voice, she has a natural gift which compliments both classes beautifully and aids to the experience. I left the building feeling extremely relaxed. My drive home was very chilled, I felt the need to go to bed when I got home. I slept well and the relaxed feeling lasted for the whole weekend. Not even my husband could rattle my cage! An amazing experience, that I would definitely recommend.”

Sound Healing “The special class held by Adriana was wonderful. Something I had never done before but always wanted to. We were surrounded by beautiful incense burning, wonderful singing Tibetan bowls and Adriana’s calming, soothing voice guiding us through. I felt relaxed, chilled, suspended in a peaceful state almost disappearing into the floor as I couldn’t feel my body. Suddenly the bells tinkled and the time was over. It was difficult to come round and back into the moment as I felt so relaxed. Thank you Adriana and thank you and Pauline for the delicious warming tea and wonderful oat biscuits. Yin Yoga “I recently attended the Yin Yoga and Tibetan Bowls with Adriana as part of the Super Saturday Wellbeing Day and it was a beautiful experience. I had attended so many yoga and Pilate classes before where I felt the instructor would over-exert you or didn’t explain what areas of the body/muscles were being used, so often left feeling I had done more damage than good. Adriana explains each move clearly and in a way everyone can understand, no matter what level of fitness or ability you have. She gives options to push yourself when you are feeling up to it and take it easy when you need to be kind to your body. I leave her classes feeling relaxed, refreshed and definitely more flexible. Barre Pilates “I absolutely love Adriana’s barre fitness course. The classes are always fun and upbeat and you’re guaranteed a great workout each week. I especially love the ballet technique at the beginning or end of class to help you engage your core and to ensure correct posture. The course is suitable for all levels and Adriana runs through each section with adaptations to make it easier or harder so you can always find a level that’s right for you. The hour flies by and I always leave class feeling really energised and uplifted. If you’re looking for a great full body workout then you’ll love this course!”

It was sheer bliss to just lie still, with eyes closed using a homemade lavender mask (courtesy of Adriana and her nan) and listen to the different chimes of the bowls allowing your mind and body to drift off and totally relax. Restorative Yoga “What an amazing evening! The yoga was just right for connecting with my body exactly as it is right now, I felt energised and grounded afterwards. Then came delicious tea and warming snacks, and a lavender pillow for my eyes. The sound bath was beautiful, initially noticing how the different sounds resonate inside of me, feeling more and more relaxed and centred as I drifted deeper into the sounds. I’ve had several sound baths with crystal bowls (one with Adriana in May), so I was keen to see how the Tibetan ones differ. A softer, gentler sound, but just as restorative and relaxing. Adriana has such a lovely energy ,her yoga classes are beautiful ,relaxing & takes you away from the stresses of modern living. I always finish her classes feeling energised and positive. Her Pilaties classes are challenging , but with lots of options to work at your own your own level , she always makes the class fun and enjoyable .One thing that I’ve taken away from Adriana’s classes is to be kind to my self, & even though its a group practice it’s my practice . I had been having an awful week as I’d had some bad news about a close friend’s health, plus work was going really badly. I’m a busy mum of 3 little ones as well and my stress levels were 10+ I was spiralling and worrying and anxious and not sleeping at all.
When the sound bath began, I felt as though every single worry I’d been having was coming to the surface and then being batted away (almost like a video game – It was a really strange sensation). I immediately felt lighter and slept like a baby. I have continued to feel much more at ease and less anxious since. My better sleep has also continued.
